NUTELLA HERESEY CHOCOCHIP CUPCAKES
















So i believe everyone ,or almost everyone had atleast baked OR tasted choco-chip cupcakes



before right? So here's recipe of nutella cupcakes, and how i decorate them!

So here you go :




Nutella Frosted Cupcakes

10 tbsp(140 grams) butter, softened
3/4 cup white sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cups (200 grams) sifted all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
Nutella, approx. 1/3 cup



Preheat oven to 190degC.
Line 12 muffin tins with paper liners.
Cream together butter and sugar until light, 2 minutes.
Add in eggs one at a time, until fully incorporated.



Don't worry if the batter doesn't look smooth. Add vanilla.



Stir in flour, salt and baking powder until batter is uniform and no flour remains.
Using a table spoon, fill each muffin liner with batter.
The paper liners should only be 1/2 to 3/4 filled.
Top each cake with 1 1/2 tsp Nutella.
Swirl Nutella in with a toothpick,



making sure to fold a bit of batter up over the nutella.




Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.


Remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
Makes 12.

For decorations, you can add a little colouring to the cream cheese,



mix well. Then sprinkle rainbow rice and such on top.

Here we go to the making of the cupcakes! ^^






So apparently i am gonna bake like 40cupcakes today, because i have afew number of Sweetums to pass to so yep : ( Always rmb that if you want to bake more , x each ingredient inorder to have the perfect qty at the end)










And for people who are lazy to print out the recipe or write ,



you may do what i does put your laptop beside to check out the steps! ^^












Remember not to wear your pretty clothes while baking,



wear something light and comfy . In this case, i am wearing



my running nike tee & fbt shorts (:



*Ps ; is best to lined the table with baking sheets so you wont dirty



your table*












In whatever you do , always sift the flour.












mix butter & sugar .












slowly put in the flour,












then slowly blend it in,












blend in till smooth, and try to see if there's



still any butter that's not melted.

BUSY BLENDING IN THE FLOUR , & SOMEONE'S TRIES

So your batter should look something like this after mixing in the flour,












So this is the SUPER SHAG FACE, BECAUSE
PRACTICALLY I USE MY BARE HANDS TO BLEND THEM, & NOT
A MIXER/BLENDER.








SCOOP BATTER TO THE CUP












Scoop at least half or less then half of the batter



depends of the cup height. (:

STIR IT W A TOOTHPICK!










TADAAAHHHHH, the cups are filled!!
